Hybrid Interval Type-2 Fuzzy AHP and COPRAS-G-based trusted neighbour node Discovery in Wireless Sensor Networks

In Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), reliable and rapid neighbour node discovery is considered as the crucial operation which frequently needs to be executed over entire lifecycle. Several mechanisms are proposed for reducing latency or extending sensor nodes’ lifetime. But majority of existing failed in addressing critical issues real WSNs related energy consumptions, constraints latency, uncertainty behaviors, communication collisions. this paper, Hybrid Interval Type-2 Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) Complex Proportional Assessment using Grey Theory (COPRAS-G)-based trusted scheme (FAHPCG) better data dissemination process. specific, Type 2 AHP applied determining weight evaluation criteria discovery, then COPRAS method adopted prioritizing nodes routing path established between source destination. It merits fuzzy theory handling vagueness involved change behavior during process discovery. with capability exploring maximized number factors that aids possible dimensions packet forwarding potential The simulation results FAHPCG confirmed an improved rate 23.18% prolonged lifetime maximum 7.12 times than baseline approaches used investigation.
